Celebrate World Breastfeeding Week with RIBC at the Roger Williams Park Zoo on Wednesday, August 7, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children age 3 to10. Buy them at the door or email event@ribreastfeeding.org. Join us rain or shine!
2013 Breastfeeding-Friendly Workplaces
If your organization accommodates breastfeeding mothers in the workplace, submit an application by May 15th to be recognized by RIBC and the Rhode Island Department of Health as a Breastfeeding-Friendly Workplace.
Rhode Island Milk Depot
Healthy Babies, Happy Moms Inc. became the Rhode Island Milk Depot for the Mother's Milk Bank of New England in January. Mothers who have completed the screening process can drop off their donated milk at the HBHM Inc. office in East Greenwich.
